Are you passionate about making a difference in supporting 11-17 year olds in overcoming barriers to learning? At All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, we are looking for an experienced, committed Reflection Room Manager to join our supportive and friendly team. This permanent, part‑time role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of our students within a welcoming school environment grounded in Catholic virtues.

About Us: All Saints' Catholic Voluntary Academy is a secondary school located in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, with an Ofsted‑rated "Good" school. We are part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, bringing together 36 Catholic primary and secondary schools in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

As a Reflection Room Manager, You Will:

  • Work 32.5 hours per week, term‑time only.
  • Be a positive influence on the climate and culture of the Academy and show a positive example at all times.
  • Support the Catholic ethos of the Academy.
  • Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, copyright etc., reporting all concerns to line manager.
  • Be aware of and support difference and ensure equal opportunities for all.
  • Contribute to the overall aims of the Academy.
  • Appreciate and support the role of other professionals.
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required.
  • Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
  • Recognise own strengths and areas of expertise and use these to advise and support others.
