The Trinity Catholic School are looking for a passionate and skilled Site Manager to take charge of creating an inspiring and secure environment where young minds can flourish. Responsibilities

  • You’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving our school facilities, ensuring they’re safe, secure and always at their best.
  • Leadership & collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access, support lunchtime logistics and oversee the cleaning team.
  • Problem‑solving & maintenance: Take ownership of repairs, contractor management and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
  • Facilities management: Keep systems like alarms, lighting and heating running smoothly, while ensuring the overall suite is pristine and welcoming.
  • Development & growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge and help us achieve excellence in everything we do.
