The Trinity Catholic School is seeking a confident and motivated Office Manager to lead our dedicated office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built strong administrative experience and is now ready to step into a leadership role with real scope for professional development.
Working at the heart of our school, you will be a key point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors and staff. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills, a warm and welcoming manner, and the ability to remain calm, efficient and solution‑focused in a lively environment where no two days are the same.
You will play an active role in delivering efficient, effective administrative support, and you will come into contact with our parents and staff so you will possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly, outgoing manner. This is a varied role where no day is the same.
This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week, on a term time only basis.
About The Role: As our Office Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring our school office runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally. You will:
- Bring experience from a busy office environment
- Demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
- Plan, prioritise and meet deadlines while managing a varied workload
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external stakeholders
- Champion excellent customer service across the school
- Show a genuine interest in education and improving young people’s lives
- Lead, motivate and support the office team
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a team
- Bring enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Be adaptable and willing to help wherever needed
(Desirable) Have experience with school MIS and finance systems. This role is ideal for an administrator aspiring to step into management, develop leadership skills and gain broader responsibility within a supportive educational setting.
