Are you passionate about teaching music to children? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team that makes a lasting impact on students across Nottinghamshire? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person who will take pride in being part of a team of music teachers, delivering excellent lessons to four schools across Nottinghamshire as part of Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi Academy Trust. This is a part-time role starting as soon as possible on a casual basis, pending completed pre-employment checks.

You will support schools across the Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, working closely with both secondary students. You will have the opportunity to grow instrumental lessons over time.

You Will:

  • Have previous experience working as a teacher within a Secondary School setting.
  • Have a good understanding of the KS2 music curriculum.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
  • Have a passion for working with young people.
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
  • Use innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
  • Be able to teach Music up to and including Grade 8.
