As a receptionist you will provide administrative support and maintain excellent communication with parents and staff, and you will present a friendly, outgoing manner.

We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust, bringing together 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
About The Role
This is a temporary role until 31 August 2027, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week on a term‑time only basis.
As Receptionist you will
- Have experience of working in a busy environment.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
