Working in our main school office you will provide a high-quality service, leading the administration team. You will come into daily contact with our parents and staff so, as well as having administrative experience, you will also possess excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week, term time only.

Our Lady of Lincoln Catholic Primary School, a Voluntary Academy, is a primary school located in Lincoln. We are an Ofsted-rated Good school and are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, bringing together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

You Will

  • Work at the heart of our school, being the first point of contact for many of our families and visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming and efficient service at all times.
  • Have previous administrative and ideally team management experience, preferably in a school office.
  • Maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lead and manage members of the admin team.
  • Provide general administrative support within the school office for senior leaders and other teaching staff.
  • Be positive and enthusiastic.
