About The Role
As a Midday Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the children’s lunchtime experience by:
- Supporting and promoting good behaviour and positive interactions.
- Being a role model and setting a positive example for the children.
- Supervising children in the dining room, helping to serve meals, and ensuring lunchtime runs smoothly.
- Overseeing playtime activities, whether in the playground or indoors on rainy days, and encouraging fun, healthy, and active play.
Working Hours
Post 1: 8 hours 20 minutes per week, term-time only. You will lead playtime games and encourage a healthy lifestyle, help set up the school lunchtime hall, and serve food. An actual salary of £4,845‑£4,816 per annum (OLOL Band 1; Scale Points 2‑3).
