We seek an inspiring Deputy Headteacher to help shape our vision for the school's future development. The role involves leading, supporting, and encouraging collaboration to meet and exceed objectives. This position is reserved for practising Catholics, aligned with the NRCDES document on 'Catholic School and the Definition of a Practising Catholic', requiring a strong faith commitment and vision for Catholic Education.

You will join our enthusiastic staff, supportive parents, and governing body, working in partnership to ensure each child's happiness, safety, and support. Our Catholic values permeate all curriculum areas and school life, fostering an environment where children develop academically, socially, and spiritually.

This is a permanent, full-time position starting from 1 September 2025.

About Us: St Mary's Catholic Primary School, located in Nottingham, is an Ofsted-rated Good school and part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, comprising 36 Catholic schools across Lincolnshire, Nottingham City, and Nottinghamshire.
