As a cover supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that students have a high‑quality learning experience when their usual teacher is away from school. You will manage classroom behaviour to keep pupils on task and facilitate the activities designed by teaching staff, ensuring that students complete the work in an effective learning environment.

You Will
- Supervise KS3 and KS4 students, stepping in to lead lessons in the absence of regular teachers, with occasional work at KS5.
- Be caring, supportive and committed to achieving excellent results.
- Foster positive relationships with young people and promote their well‑being.
- Encourage learning and progress, inspire students and provide guidance and support.
- Be approachable, professional and able to talk confidently to large groups of pupils.
- Organise time effectively, maintain resilience and determination, and exhibit tenacity in a classroom setting.
