About The Role
We are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated and successful school. This is a fixed‑term cover from 1 September 2026 for up to 12 months for a substantive office assistant covering the office manager's maternity leave. The role is part‑time, 18.5 hours per week, on a term‑time only basis. Please note, this cover may finish sooner if the post holder decides to return early from maternity leave.
As Administrative Assistant you will:
- Have experience of working in a busy office.
- Have excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise own workload, meeting set deadlines.
- Have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
