  • Acting as the central point of coordination between marketing, creative, product and commercial teams to ensure alignment and accountability at every stage.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, proactively communicating project status, risks and dependencies.
  • Overseeing the briefing and delivery process for creative assets, ensuring outputs are delivered to brief, on time and to the required standard.
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, escalating where appropriate and implementing solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Supporting upward stakeholder management - preparing clear project updates and presenting progress to senior leadership.
  • Continuously improving project management processes, tools and templates to increase efficiency across the Marketing team.
  • Tracking budgets and resources across projects, flagging risks and ensuring spend is managed effectively.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, creative and commercial teams.
  • Experience in upward stakeholder management - able to communicate project status clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
  • Background managing creative production, including new product launches and campaign asset delivery.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
