We're looking for a proactive, creative Marketing Executive to join The Beauty Tech Group, supporting brand and marketing activity for ZIIP, one of our leading beauty tech brands. You’ll drive day‑to‑day execution across social, email, e‑commerce, and digital platforms – ensuring brand consistency throughout. A key focus will be ZIIP’s social strategy on TikTok and Instagram, where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running with hands‑on content shooting and editing.
The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, a passion for beauty technology, and a sharp eye for trends – with the ability to turn their hand to content creation, digital merchandising, and brand materials while maintaining an elevated, consistent brand voice.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing a thorough understanding of ZIIP's product range.
- Keeping up to date with product innovation, ingredient science, and category developments.
- Translating complex technology and clinical language into compelling and accessible copy.
- Creation and execution of social content across TikTok and Instagram – including content planning, creation, posting, and community engagement.
- Conceptualising and producing short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Bringing a constant stream of fresh, trend‑led shoot concepts to the table.
- Monitoring competitor activity and wider industry trends.
- Supporting the creation of clear, well‑crafted influencer briefs.
- Assisting with the coordination and management of influencer relationships, including seeding, gifting logistics, and content review.
- Monitoring influencer content performance and feeding back insights.
- Supporting the execution of ZIIP’s marketing strategy across e‑commerce and digital channels.
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day coordination of marketing campaigns across social, email, and site.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of monthly campaigns.
- Supporting email marketing activity, including copywriting, proofreading, and campaign messaging.
- Updating and maintaining the e‑commerce site via Shopify.
- Supporting digital merchandising activity – including product page copy, imagery, and on‑site content.
- Supporting the briefing and coordination of retail point‑of‑sale (POS) materials.
- Ensuring retail assets are brand‑consistent, commercially focused, and delivered to timelines.
Skills, knowledge & expertise:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience managing and creating content for TikTok and Instagram, including filming, editing and posting via smartphone using native platform tools (TikTok editor, Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.)
- Experience supporting or executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and the ability to apply it consistently.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write and review content in line with brand tone of voice.
- A keen eye for design, with experience using tools such as Canva.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of tasks.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a marketing role within e‑commerce, beauty, or consumer brands.
- Passion for skincare and beauty technology, with genuine curiosity about product and ingredient science.
- Experience writing or contributing to influencer briefs or managing creator relationships.
- Understanding of email marketing, including the difference between campaign sends and automated flows.
- Experience using Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
- A strong awareness of trends, with the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
