Join one of the UK's fastest-growing beauty tech businesses as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them get the most from world-class beauty technology across CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty, and Tria Laser.

What you’ll be doing:

  • A detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys investigation and resolution.
  • As an Admin Advisor, you'll handle the more complex back-office queries that require system access, fraud awareness, and careful case management.
  • Investigate and resolve missing or failed payment queries.
  • Manage courier disputes, claims, and tracking escalations — liaising with SEKO, FedEx, and DHL as required.
  • Review, flag, and action suspected fraudulent orders within the same business day.
  • Handle chargebacks and payment disputes accurately and within SLA.
  • Resolve Amazon queries routed via Dixa within the 24-hour SLA window.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admin cases for audit purposes.
  • Support other CS teams with admin-heavy escalations requiring system access.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

  • A background or genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this role.
  • Comfortable working with back-office systems (order management, payment platforms).
  • A methodical, investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in an admin, operations, or CS back-office role preferred.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
