About the Team: Our New Product Development team is at the heart of innovation, creating cutting-edge solutions that redefine beauty and technology. As part of the Product Team, we drive exciting projects from concept to launch, transforming ideas into groundbreaking products that captivate consumers.

About the Role: Our Product Technologist will support the development and evolution of our beauty technology portfolio with science-backed beauty innovations and end-to-end product development.

  • Support the end-to-end product development process for LED light therapy devices, from concept through to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including NPD, Marketing, Regulatory, and external partners to bring innovative devices to market.
  • Work closely with manufacturers and engineers to ensure product feasibility, safety, and performance meet design intent.
  • Support the validation of technologies through lab testing and clinical trials when required, ensuring performance claims are backed by evidence.
  • Maintain accurate product specifications and documentation.
  • Stay up to date on advancements in LED and photobiomodulation technologies to help inform new product ideas and improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Product Design, Cosmetic Science, Physics, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in product development, ideally within beauty tech, consumer electronics, medical devices, or skincare tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with global safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g. FDA, EU MDR) is an advantage.
  • Specialist knowledge in LED therapy or photobiomodulation is highly desirable but not essential.
