About the Role: As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted partner to managers and colleagues across the business, enabling them to thrive. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, providing expert guidance on people matters while helping to implement best-in-class HR practices.
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting them on a wide range of HR topics, including performance, employee relations and engagement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, providing coaching and guidance to line managers.
- Provide expert advice on UK employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
- Own and continuously improve core people processes, policies, and frameworks to support a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives that support employee experience, and organisational growth.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities, driving actions that support our people and business goals.
Candidate Requirements: We’re looking for someone commercially-minded, highly collaborative, and who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce business. You’ll need strong experience in retail or e-commerce, with a deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and performance management.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role within fast-paced retail, beauty, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confident handling of employee relations matters.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and support managers and senior stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how people strategies drive business success.
- A proactive mindset with experience building and evolving scalable HR practices in a growing company.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
