The Beauty Crop is a young, fast-growing and dynamic beauty company operating primarily in the e-commerce space, with retail expansion. Our company is inspired by healthy living and we create products that are enhanced with nutrition derived from natural ingredients; our philosophy is that nutrition is just as essential for your skin as it is for your body. We are a global team operating across the UK, EU and North America, passionate about creating colourful, fun and cruelty-free cosmetics.

We are looking for a creative, trend-driven Social & Marketing Executive to own and grow our social presence. This role will be responsible for planning and creating engaging, social-first content that builds brand awareness, drives community engagement and supports commercial objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media culture, trends and algorithms, and knows how to turn ideas into high-performing content with a strong sense of initiative and independence.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Film and edit social-first content to build and engage our audience across platforms.
  • Develop innovative content ideas and execute them quickly to leverage trending topics and viral opportunities.
  • Confidently appear on camera and create content for the brand when required.
  • Capture and produce social content at photoshoots, events and other brand activations.
  • Manage the social’s content calendar, making sure that it aligns with wider trade and targets.
  • Schedule and publish daily content that align with the brand’s voice and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates, always looking for the latest trend and opportunities for innovation.
  • Leverage algorithm and viral trends to maximise organic reach, engagement and follower growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for online community interactions, responding to comments, DMs, tagged content and reviews.
  • Produce weekly reports on social media performance.
  • Regularly analyse social media performance to adapt and refine strategies, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-3+ years experience in a social media role of a DTC brand.
  • Passionate about TikTok, you know what's trending, what's next and what works.
  • Proven experience creating & editing content (video) in our brand TOV.
  • Confident presenter, you must be happy to appear in our social content.
  • Strong eye for detail, highly organised and proactive.
  • Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution.
  • Calm under pressure and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work 3 days a week in our West London office, and 2 remote.
