The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

This is a highly customer focused role, dealing with a number of regular guests and business associates over the phone and via email. As a Reservations Agent, it would be your responsibility to coordinate and control all accommodation bookings at the hotel. A high level of written and verbal communication skills will be required. You will need to be analytical, confident in dealing with people over the telephone and able to meet the needs of both the guest and the hotel. You will have experience of working in a reservations role ideally in 5 star properties and have a working knowledge of the property management system Opera.
