We are looking to appoint a dynamic Night Security Officer who will safeguard the Hotel, its guests, staff and all associated property. Respond to emergency events and proactively maintain a safe and secure environment through regular staff engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular patrols of all areas of the Hotel, internally and externally and reporting/dealing with all situations which could affect security, fire or health and safety.
  • Administer, maintain and monitor the CCTV system, assist law enforcement agencies in supplying CCTV content as evidence when required.
  • You will have a sound understanding of the hotels policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene and Health and Safety.
  • Deal with all bomb threats in conjunction with the Duty Manager, Switchboard Operator and Police.
  • Assist in all searches for such suspect devices and to investigate all reports of suspect items, bags and objects to assess the threat to the Hotel and advise Management and Police as appropriate.
