We are not your typical PR Agency. We are small, sharp and deeply embedded in the world of premium health, wellness and lifestyle. Our clients are Founders, Entrepreneurs and Innovators building category redefining brands. We’re looking for a part-time PR Director who’s ready to lead with clarity, creativity, and conviction. This is a role for someone who loves being close to the work, guiding strategy, elevating client output, securing meaningful coverage and developing the next generation of brilliant PR talent.

What you’ll lead

  • Working alongside one of the most respected PR Agency Founders in the industry, you will take ownership of 2–3 of our flagship clients who expect excellence.
  • You’ll be the strategic lead, the quality bar, and the person who ensures our work lands with impact.

What you’ll do

  • Set and steer PR strategy across your client portfolio, ensuring every campaign is sharp, relevant, and results driven.
  • Lead delivery with a hands-on approach, shaping narratives, refining messaging, securing strong coverage and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop our SAEs and AEs, giving them the guidance, confidence, and craft skills to level up fast.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, becoming their go-to advisor and strategic partner.
  • Plan and execute high quality events and activations within set budgets.
  • Champion excellence across The Beam Room, helping us raise the bar as we scale.

What you bring

  • Senior-level PR experience, ideally agency-side, with a track record of leading accounts and delivering standout work and results.
  • Relationships with top tier media to craft and secure strong coverage.
  • A natural ability to mentor and develop teams. You enjoy coaching as much as doing.
  • Strong instincts for storytelling, media strategy, and what makes a brand relevant.
  • Confidence, clarity, and calm, especially when juggling multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative spirit. We’re a small team with big ambition, and we want someone who thrives in that environment.

The role

  • Part-time (approx. 2 days per week but flexible and can be crafted to you).
  • Hybrid working — London-based team.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • A chance to shape the future of one of the most exciting PR boutiques in the UK.
  • Start date immediate but flexible.

If you’re a senior PR leader who wants meaningful work, brilliant clients, and the chance to develop rising talent without the intensity of a full-time agency role, we’d love to hear from you.
