Company Description The Beal Group is a Glasgow-based manufacturing group with over 40 years of experience in textiles, supplying industrial and specialist textile solutions across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager, based at our head office in Cumbernauld, to continue growing our Modular Buildings business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and developing existing customer relationships. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth across a diverse product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Win new business and develop strategic customer relationships
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Generate and convert sales opportunities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial solutions
- Represent The Beal Group at customer meetings and industry events
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular, transport, or related sectors is advantageous
