The Beacon is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Central Services Team, working across both the Folkestone and Walmer sites. The successful candidate will lead the full generalist HR remit and serve as a trusted advisor in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a hands-on operational role with opportunities for strategic contribution, supporting strong HR practice across all sites of the Beacon community.
Hours and salary
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–16:00; Friday, 8:00–15:30 (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
- Salary: Kent Scheme G £34,421–£36,363
