We are seeking an outstanding, passionate, and innovative teacher to take the lead of our Art department and drive it forward with vision and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational educator to shape the artistic journey of our students, fostering their creativity, curiosity, and confidence.
Your Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Head of Art to support the school in achieving its operational and strategic aims to drive it forward on its rapid improvement journey, ensuring our students have access to high-quality teaching and learning opportunities. We are looking for a well-qualified, experienced and enthusiastic teacher to lead the Art department; there will be ample scope for innovation and creative, imaginative thinking. The central focus of all Head of Subject posts is to secure the achievement of the highest quality teaching, together with continuous improvement in student learning and attainment. This involves the development, management and maximising of staff skills and expertise.
