GLF Schools seeks a Trust Attendance Lead to drive a trust-wide attendance strategy across all phases, from Nursery to Sixth Form, reducing persistent absence and closing gaps for disadvantaged pupils. You will ensure effective systems, support and accountability in every school to help every child attend, belong, achieve and thrive.
You will collaborate with school leaders, families and wider services, analyse attendance data, set targets, monitor progress and shape policy while embedding best practices.
