We are seeking a highly experienced Regional People Partner to partner with our schools in the areas of Epsom, Camberley, Lightwater, Sunbury and Sutton. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic People team within a successful Multi Academy Trust with a centralised core People function, integral to school improvement.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations you will take responsibility for varied People casework, providing advice, coaching and support to school leaders on absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, restructuring, TUPE and other HR related matters. In addition, you will be involved in People Strategy project work and the delivery of training to school leaders.
You will be required to travel to our schools in your region and work alongside school leaders with People casework on a need-to basis in order to enable best outcomes for our schools. This is a hybrid role with flexibility. We are looking for someone to work 36 hours a week, term time plus two weeks (41 weeks).
As a busy People function there is an expectation that you can work flexibly to support with work in other regions and across the trust as required. You will also be expected to attend People function team meetings as required.
The successful candidate will:
- Be Level 5 or above CIPD qualified or equivalent with significant generalist ER experience preferably in the Education sector
- Be flexible and be able to manage a varied busy caseload taking a solution-focused pragmatic approach
- Demonstrate a desire to continue to develop professionally
- Be a team player with strong stakeholder management skills
- Be committed to enable the best outcomes for the children in our school
