We are looking to appoint a dynamic and visionary Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team at The Beacon School. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic leadership and development of our school.
Your opportunity: As an experienced middle or senior leader, you will work collaboratively as part of the Senior Management team in supporting the school to achieve its operational and strategic aims to drive it forward on its continuous journey of improvement, ensuring our students have access to high-quality teaching and learning opportunities. The Assistant Headteacher plays a pivotal role in empowering students to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact in our community.
What we are looking for: Working as part of the Senior Management team you will be an excellent practitioner with a proven track record of driving forward change, leading and inspiring people to deliver to a high standard. With strong leadership abilities, you will demonstrate resilience, tenacity and integrity combined with a focus on continuous improvement to secure positive outcomes for students and the school community.
