The Beacon Health Group Partnership operates over three sites. The main site, Danbury Medical Centre is based in the village of Danbury. We have two smaller branch sites which are Mountbatten House Surgery (based in North Springfield) and Moulsham Lodge Surgery (based in central Chelmsford).The Beacon Health Group is now able to offer our patients a wider variety of services ranging from chronic disease clinics to minor surgery services (performed within the new purpose built Minor Surgery Suite based at Danbury).
We also provide Friday extended morning appointments between 7.00am-8.00am, Monday evening appointments between 6.30pm-8.00pm provided by Pharmacists and Nurses. With our patients at the forefront of every decision made, the Beacon Health Group offers further value to the health of our existing patients an also that of new patients coming to the area. Due to the size of our Group, the Beacon Health Group is an exceptionally diverse and forward thinking practice. Currently we are recruiting for the role of Salaried GP to join our team.
We are looking for between 4 and 6 sessions per week, to be worked on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
As a benefit of the size of the group, we are able to handle patients in a way not possible by smaller surgeries. We have focused these to benefit our salaried GP’s as much as possible. We have a Duty Hub which is manned by a GP Partner along with other non GP clinicians for managing on the day care. We also have a large team of Clinical Pharmacists and team of Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
Additionally, we have got a GP support team to assist in the processing and handling of the administrative aspects of the role. This support role is designed to ensure that we are always clinically safe and to reduce the admin workload.
