The Beacon Health Group Partnership operates over three sites. The main site, Danbury Medical Centre is based in the village of Danbury. We have two smaller branch sites which are Mountbatten House Surgery (based in North Springfield) and Moulsham Lodge Surgery (based in central Chelmsford). The Beacon Health Group is now able to offer our patients a wider variety of services ranging from chronic disease clinics to minor surgery services (performed within the new purpose built Minor Surgery Suite based at Danbury). We also provide Friday extended morning appointments between 7.00am-8.00am and Monday evening appointments between 6.30pm-8.00pm provided by GPs, Nurses and Pharmacists.

Currently we are recruiting for the role of QOF Assistant to join our team based at Danbury Medical Centre. We have 1 position available for 29.5 hours per week with the working pattern and salary to be discussed.
The QOF Assistant will be ensuring the efficient management of QOF data and compliance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure QOF targets are being met, and identify any gaps in data.
- Contact patients to arrange appointments as per QOF criteria.
- Generate and analyse QOF reports to identify areas of improvement, and compliance with QOF indicators.
- Provide administrative support for clinical audits and patient reviews related to QOF.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of the clinical system.
Experience:
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting (Desirable)
- Experience of SystmOne (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Experience of administrative duties
- Effective time management
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
