The Opportunity
The BE Company is a leading developer of clean energy infrastructure projects. We deliver industrial-scale clean energy solutions through our innovative Clean Energy-as-a-Service model. Specialising in project development, management, and financing, we provide low-cost, sustainable power infrastructure tailored for power-intensive industries.
We are looking for a high performing, talented Senior Enterprise Sales Director to join our growing team and continue to drive organisational success.
How will you succeed in this role?
- You’re a proven Sales Director with extensive experience in Data Centres/Co-Location. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, AI and High-Performance Computing is advantageous.
- You take pride in the brand and can use your network to identify, manage and close high value opportunities at enterprise level.
- You have a deep understanding of the technology we provide, combined with a commercial and strategic mindset.
- You have a proven track record of managing Sales teams, driving accurate forecasting and delivery particularly in start-ups or small businesses.

You’ll work alongside an inspiring executive team with experience across some of the world’s biggest companies, and be responsible for a team of highly talented people within the Client Solutions function.
Our current working model is hybrid, meaning people can enjoy a more flexible way of working but we see the value in staying connected as a team. We believe the most effective way to do this is by being together regularly in our office at St Helen’s Place, London and focusing that time on strategy and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets based on business growth objectives.
- Work with Creative teams to develop core service offerings catalogue, defining priorities against business objectives.
- Utilise an existing strong network to identify, qualify, and close enterprise level sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at C-level and executive levels, internally and externally.
- Ensure the wider Client Solutions team provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, managing performance issues promptly where required.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Client Solutions team, providing coaching and guidance.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop customised solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of our cloud solutions, including AI and HPC capabilities.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team.
- Provide training and coaching on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, specifically in the Data Centre industry.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and high-performance computing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in sales enablement and coaching.
