What you’ll be doing:
- Building and owning your niche within Finance & Accountancy permanent recruitment.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from BD through to placement and beyond.
- Having the autonomy to create your own growth strategy, with leaders who have your back and want to see you break your own records.
- Managing client relationships with finance leaders across your region.
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Working with qualified professionals.
- Interviewing, shortlisting, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Representing the business at client sites and industry events.
- Growing a desk capable of scaling into your own team as success builds.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience placing permanent roles in Finance & Accountancy.
- A track record of consistent billings (and ambition to go further).
- Confidence in business development and strong commercial awareness.
