We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to join the leaders in building recruitment. In this 180-degree role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for our clients' open vacancies. Your primary focus will be on candidate acquisition and building a strong talent pipeline, while collaborating with our Business Development and Recruitment Consultants to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract potential candidates with relevant skills and experience.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, career objectives, and cultural fit for potential roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to stay competitive and identify new sourcing strategies.
- Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, or similar role (not a deal breaker - if has sales/customer service experience).
- In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Results-oriented and self-driven with a passion for delivering top-quality service.
