As an Energy & Renewables Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle within specialist energy markets. You will source and engage professionals across renewables (solar, wind, battery storage, hydrogen and more), power generation and nuclear sectors. You will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, manage pipelines, consult on market trends, and match the right people to the right roles with real impact. Your role will feel like being part detective, part strategist, and part talent whisperer — all while being supported by a team that lives and breathes energy recruitment.

- Proactively identify and engage high-calibre energy professionals across technical and commercial disciplines.
