We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join them from anywhere in the world. This remote role is perfect for someone who's already a strong 360 recruiter in the tech space, ready to take ownership of their book, drive revenue and grow alongside a scaling team.
What you'll own
- You will run your desk end-to-end, owning business development, client partnership, candidate engagement and delivery across tech markets ranging from software engineering and product to data, AI and beyond.
- You'll build deep relationships, shape hiring strategies and drive placements that matter.
What success looks like
- Win and grow clients in tech markets globally.
- Manage full recruitment cycles with candidates from first contact to offer.
