Role

We are now looking for a Registered Manager to take the lead in continuing to provide a top quality care service in our local area. We are looking for a Manager who is highly motivated, dedicated and has that key compassionate difference.

Our client pride themselves on providing high quality and truly person centred care and support. They ensure that new managers have the same embedded qualities and share their passion for delivering excellent care while \\\’making life easier for all of their customers.

Responsibilities

You will operate in an open and engaging culture where people really do feel that they have a voice. Your role will include listening to feedback from staff and customers and then acting upon it to continually improve our services. We want you to succeed and will support you at all times.
