The Role
As an IT Recruitment Resourcer you’ll be the heartbeat of our delivery engine—feeding their consultants with outstanding candidates and helping build pipelines of specialist IT professionals. You’ll learn the tech market inside-out, master search and outreach strategies, and play a vital part in placing top talent into exciting ERP, CRM and Cloud roles with high-profile clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will own early talent engagement and research, including: sourcing, screening and engaging high-quality IT candidates across Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and other tech stacks.
- You’ll build candidate shortlists, develop relationships with passive talent, manage candidate data in the ATS, and work closely with senior consultants to convert opportunities into hires.
