EDUCATION CONSULTANTS NEEDED - SEN, PRIMARY AND SECONDARY
You will be at the heart of a business that is about people first: building trusted relationships with schools and candidates; steering supply, long-term, and permanent placements; and delivering thoughtful solutions that make classrooms better. This isn’t transactional recruitment. It’s about impact — for candidates, for schools, and for the future of education.
Your Mission
You will find, qualify and place outstanding education professionals — from supply teachers to SEND specialists — into roles that fit their skills and ambitions. You will build and nurture a client base of schools, become the go-to expert on their staffing needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment with energy, ownership and commercial savvy.
What You Will Do
- Hunt and nurture talent: source, screen, and engage teaching and support professionals across the UK education sector.
- Build strong school partnerships: conduct needs discovery, position Connex as the trusted recruitment partner, and deliver bespoke staffing solutions.
- Drive the full recruitment cycle: interviews, compliance checks, placement negotiation, onboarding, and post placement care.
- Be a guardian of safeguarding excellence: uphold our partners' rigorous vetting standards and ensure every candidate is ready to work safely and compliantly in schools.
- Hit and exceed targets: drive revenue while delivering a high-touch experience for both schools and candidates.
Why This Role Rocks
- You will work somewhere meaningful — making education staffing better every day.
- Experience in education recruitment (but also a passion for people and outcomes).
- Your success is rewarded: uncapped commission, career progression and a supportive, ambitious team culture.
- You will learn from seasoned recruiters and grow fast — because what you know tomorrow matters more than what you knew yesterday.
Who You Are
You are not just a recruiter — you are a connector. You enjoy relationships, understand people’s motivations, and thrive off solving problems. You are resilient, commercially minded, and love the buzz of filling a role that genuinely matters. If you have grit, empathy, and a competitive edge — let’s talk.
