As a successful applicant, you will join a fast-paced team working in a dynamic aviation recruitment environment where you will see the positive impact of your work daily. In this role, you will handle roles across various niche areas including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, C-level executives, and other aviation professionals, with clear progression paths to becoming an industry sector specialist, aviation consultant, or team leader. You need to be dynamic and entrepreneurial, capable of working against challenging targets, tight deadlines, and complex requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting candidates using internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other external platforms.
- Creating, placing, and managing job advertisements across various platforms, including aviation websites and LinkedIn groups.
- Building your network with candidates and airline operators to gain recommendations, new business, and industry insights.
- Maintaining excellent communication with candidates from initial inquiries through pre-screening, documentation, and interviews.
- Managing logistics for assessment centers worldwide, coordinating candidates and clients across multiple continents.
- Nurturing client relationships with support from your team to ensure success and meet your monthly bonus targets.
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience through engagement activities like competitions, surveys, social networking, and events.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficient IT skills; competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to respond well to tough targets.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with internal staff at all levels.
