Our main base is in central Bristol where we have a sustainable, modern, and wheelchair accessible office. We think that 3 days per week in the office will give you the most from the role, and we are big fans of hybrid working. You will also be expected to travel to our clients’ offices across the UK (all travel expenses will be paid) when needed – this will vary but tends to be a couple of times a month. Twice yearly bonus.

You will be managing multiple clients, projects, and team members simultaneously. Core things for you to excel at are:
- Think creatively and strategically, offering suggestions for improvement and progression – and then leading their implementation.
- Provide excellent, consistent, and strategic project and account management across the team.
- Create and lead internal business development initiatives.
- Manage external supplier relationships and referral networks.
- Attend relevant industry events and networking sessions.
- Ensure regular reporting across the team of KPIs and hours completed, as well as project budgets and invoicing.
- Manage and update data using our CRM.
A strong understanding of marketing and business development is required, along with commercial awareness and B2B marketing experience. Excellent communication skills (across spoken and written content) and good Microsoft skills (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential.
We provide marketing and business development support for intelligence-led clients, including global leaders in law, accountancy and consulting. Our three core offerings involve being the marketing team for clients, interim management and training.
