Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Grill Chef to join The BBQ Hut team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious charcoal-grilled dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and flavor. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that each dish is prepared to perfection, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Duties and
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of charcoal-grilled dishes, ensuring optimal flavor and presentation.
Marinate meats and vegetables, applying seasoning and techniques specific to grilling for maximum taste.
Assist in managing kitchen operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the grilling area.
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely meal preparation.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards are met.
Monitor grilling times and temperatures to ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection.
Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff on grilling techniques and best practices.
Adjust cooking methods and menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Qualification : Any hotel Management degree or Diploma will be a plus
Experience Required : 4 – 5 Years
Salary : £38,800 (Per Annum)
