BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin.
The Role
The Production Team Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, OTIF and budget delivery of assigned production targets by effectively leading a production team. In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible to deliver OTIF and on-budget production schedule within safety and quality standards within area of responsibility.
- Responsible for daily management and support for the team to efficiently achieve production targets.
- Measuring and reporting departmental KPI’s & escalate through tier meeting structure and/or required means.
- Collaborate with production planning & scheduling, Technical Operations, Engineering, QC, QA and relevant function to ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to production schedules.
- To continuously improve production performance, proposing, coordinating and executing corrective and continuous improvement actions (including people, product, process and technology improvements).
- To monitor, control and improve costs within area of responsibility.
- To lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve production goals.
