BBC STUDIOS is looking for an experienced VT Forward Planning AP for a returning primetime entertainment show. The AP will work alongside a Producer and Researcher on the following:
- Coming up with and pitching ideas for VTs
- Location sourcing across the UK, recces and booking
- Working with shooters to help them formulate plans for their shoots and assisting them where necessary
- Negotiating access and fees with locations
- Obtaining location releases and all relevant paperwork
- Staying across developing storylines and working to integrate them into VTs
- Helping to manage the researcher and assist with props where necessary
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, ideas orientated and will have experience working in logistics on a fast paced show. The role starts late July - until just before Christmas. This role is Monday - Friday. This is a predominately office-based role and is based in White City.
