- Knowledge of BBC Studios casting protocols & systems
- Fast, accurate database setup
- Strong understanding of data protection and best practice
- Ability to lead on casting callouts, scripts & question design
- Solid grasp of editorial standards & safeguarding, especially for kids' casting
- Confident leading casting calls with families and packaging profiles for the creative team
- Managing and sharing video clips with our client
- Experience casting families on formats like Race Across the World (or similar) is a real bonus!
