Overview
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Manage and drive our leading Discounter channel customers, increasing range, visibility, and distribution in stores such as Home Bargains, Poundland, Poundstretcher, Farmfoods, and One Beyond.
- Identify trading opportunities with other potential customers not currently trading with us, such as B&M.
- Support the sales strategy by collaborating with the Regional Director and UK Head of Retail to enhance customer communication.
Responsibilities
Drive the BCBI agenda and sales growth within National Discounter customers.
- Build effective relationships within targeted UK accounts to increase revenue and expand distribution.
- Create sales and marketing presentations for customers, highlighting key gaps and opportunities for Bazooka Candy Brands.
- Maintain strong working relationships across all functions within Bazooka Candy Brands.
- Manage monthly forecasts to meet sales targets.
Expand retail presence through new channels within Discounters
- Develop relationships with UK discounter teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing comprehensive discounter-specific plans that incorporate all channels within each customer.
