About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Patient Advisor (GP Receptionist) who’s passionate about people and thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment. You’ll be a key part of our non-clinical team, working at the frontline of the practice to ensure our patients receive the best possible service from the moment they get in touch. You’ll support our clinicians, help patients access care, and play a vital role in our transition to Rapid Health and Total Triage – an exciting move towards smarter, digital-first care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound telephone calls – greeting patients, listening carefully, and ensuring they’re directed appropriately
  • Making outbound calls – following up on appointments, test results or administrative tasks as requested by the clinical team
  • Using our digital triage and appointment system to help patients access the right care at the right time
  • Processing clinical requests – including prescriptions and messages from GPs, nurses, and pharmacists
  • Providing excellent customer service at our front desk, managing face-to-face enquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Working closely with clinical and administrative teams to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Thinking on your feet to prioritise urgent needs, solve problems and keep patients informed
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining confidentiality at all times

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being busy, helping people, and working in a collaborative team where every day is different.
