We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and self‑motivated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive team from September 2026. Can you "read the room" and pivot your support based on a student’s emotional or academic needs in the moment? Can you make the curriculum accessible and exciting? Are you receptive and adaptive? Are you able to build rapport with students who may find school challenging? Do you have a calm and nurturing presence? Do you have a genuine interest in SEND and a desire to support learning? Whether you are an experienced Primary LSA looking for a fresh challenge or someone with a passion for supporting young learners, we want to hear from you.
