Front of House Receptionist (Secondary)
To commence 01 July 2026
HAY scale 4A-E (£23,876 - £24,254 gross actual salary per annum)
40 hours per week

We are looking to appoint a friendly, approachable, and organised individual with a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will have exceptional administration and communication skills; an exemplary professional manner; a caring approach; and strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
You will handle enquiries from parents, carers, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls, relaying messages, and directing calls and emails as needed. You will also support general office tasks by providing routine administrative assistance within the school office.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our students; enjoys working as part of a busy and fast-paced office environment, and has the ability to effectively multi‑task.
