The Batt School is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Witney.
You will work closely with the class teacher and Inclusion Lead to provide personalised support, helping pupils with additional needs to feel valued, safe and encouraged to succeed.
You will assist with routines, social and emotional development, and work towards individual education plans in a collaborative setting.
