Location: The Bath Priory (part of the Brownsword family of hotels) is located in Bath, a short walk from the city centre with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey‑coloured Bath stone and is surrounded by four acres of multi‑award‑winning gardens.

About the role: We are looking for a Front of House Porter who will welcome guests, provide local guidance, and assist with luggage and housekeeping duties. This position is ideal for someone with experience in a similar hospitality role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and offering advice on local hotspots or simply chatting with them.
  • Safely transporting luggage to and from rooms.
  • Building close relationships with colleagues across all teams.
  • Ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
  • Assisting the Housekeeping Team with linen around all hotel areas.
  • Supporting other departments when required.
