Join Our Early Years Team! We are delighted to invite qualified Early Years Practitioners to consider joining our warm, professional, and forward-thinking nursery teams. With a range of opportunities available across our two Bath nurseries in Guinea Lane and Combe Down, we are looking for dedicated practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality early years education and care.
Current Opportunities Include:
- Room Leaders
- Early Years Practitioners
- Practitioners with experience working with babies, to support the continued growth of our expanding baby rooms
Working Patterns:
- Full-time roles: 36 hours across 4 days per week with a rolling day off each week and long weekend every 5 weeks
- Primarily all-year-round roles
- Limited 35-hour Term-Time Only positions available
Annual Leave & Benefits:
- An additional week's annual leave above the statutory 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
- £1,000 New Employee Joining Incentive, payable upon successful completion of the probation period

Salary Information:
All salaries are based on a 36-hour, all-year-round contract. Part-time and term-time roles are paid pro rata. Final salary will depend on qualification level and experience.
- Level 2 Early Years Practitioner: £24,336
- Level 3 Early Years Practitioner: £24,804 - £29,016
- Room Leader: £28,080 - £32,760
