As a result of the departure of a long-term Endodontist colleague, an opportunity has arisen for a GDC-registered Endodontist or current Specialist Trainee in an Endodontology postgraduate programme to join the Bath Dental Clinic team with a long-term view. We are a fully private specialist-led practice, run by Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, Mr Paul Wilson.

Bath Dental Clinic is a well-established practice located in the centre of Bath, near the Royal Crescent, and we attract patients from the local area and from further afield for specialist and general dental care. We have a wide referral base, and an incoming Endodontist or Specialist Endodontic Trainee would be the sole provider for conventional and surgical Endodontics in our multi-disciplinary team.

We have a modern, state-of-the-art Endodontic clinic with operating microscope, comfortable staff facilities and a supportive and highly trained nursing and administration team. We are fully digital, and we have a CBCT scanner, Intra-Oral Scanner, and we offer IV or inhalation sedation for the care of our patients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) and on the Specialist List in Endodontics.
  • Alternatively, Registration with the GDC and enrolled on an accredited course leading to entitlement to be registered on the Specialist List in Endodontics, and within 6-months of finishing training.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Good organisational and administration skills.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A willingness and energy to embed into our multi-disciplinary team.
