We wish to appoint a Break Time Assistant (Sports Coach) to provide a safe environment for students during break and lunchtimes, engaging students in a wide range of sporting activities.

  • Salary Range: Minimum Wage
  • Working weeks: 39 weeks (Term Time Only)
  • Working Hours: 10:00am-14:00pm Monday - Friday

We are an aspirational academy operating across two sites. The Lower Academy specialises in the teaching of our Key Stage 3 students, whilst the Upper Academy specialises in teaching Key Stage 4 and 5. We pride ourselves on being a truly inclusive academy and this is actively underpinned by our motto ‘Aspire Believe Achieve’.

We are seeking an additional Break Time Assistant (Sports Coach) to join our Lower Academy team. The appointed Sports Coach will:

  • Organise and facilitate a range of sports activities to engage learners during their recreational times
  • Provide additional general support as directed by the PE department during PE lessons
  • Supervise pupils in the dining hall and on the outside courts during break times
  • Support the return of students to their lessons following recreational time
